I am actually 50% owner of Tirim Funding. I have been in the mortgage industry since my first position with a broker in 1996. I started my own Mortgage Brokerage in 2000 and sold it for a profit in 2006. My business partner and I have a combined 5 years experience in hard money/ commercial / rehab lending. We opened Tirim with the intent to better serve our clients and our refferral sources than our competition. I am involved with the process of your loan or your clients loan from point A to point Z. My partner and I are the only two here, so we are both working on each loan at all times.
