We work for investors and senior management who decide to use an outside team to develop a strategy for company turn arounds, challenged start up intervention and reorganizations preliminary to a sale or transfer to new ownership.
We use a hands on approach for execution once a plan is adopted. One of our senior partners actively manages our projects on site with a team who has the relevant expertise.
When we are done we often turn the company back to the same management for continued execution of the plan.
