Dan consults scores of companies and trains hundreds of employees around the world in a wide variety of programs. Dan's clients include Motorola, Ford, McDonald’s, AchieveGlobal, DDI, Honeywell, and many others. He is focused on value; how are the class skills and insights going to influence the participants' performance? Whether it is training engineers in project management or facilitating the launch of a national special interest group, Dan positions everyone for action. Clients appreciate Dan's mix of engineering experience and passion for better communication and relationships.
Dan is involved in all aspects of training and facilitating. Dan has designed, developed and delivered classes and events involving executives, IT special interest groups, lawyers, engineers, and work teams. Dan has trained trainers and employees to facilitate Zenger-Miller, Motorola, and Ford courses. As a Master Trainer, Dan has trained and mentored many to move into the Master Trainer role. Dan designed, piloted and now delivers a two day TRIZ class co-owned with Motorola and now offered to companies around the world.
For 15 years Dan participated and led a wide variety of projects associated with commercial, military, space and general aviation electromechanical controls. As a Principal Product Design Engineer and a Principal Manufacturing Engineer, Dan was continually affirmed for getting great work out of others on the project teams.
Dan received his BSME at the University of Illinois and has 11 graduate hours from Trinity Seminary in Deerfield, IL. Motorola University recognized Dan for his contributions to MU’s training efforts around the world.
Dan serves on the board of Midwest Facilitators Network, a Chicago based group of facilitators that conference together 4 times a year.
