San Francisco resident Dave Kashen possesses a talent for complex problem solving and innovative thinking and a passion for helping people achieve their dreams that's driven the growth of his newly launched companies, Quantum Leading and DMK Coaching.
Dave Kashen brings a sincere passion for helping others to his everyday work. Through Quantum Leading and DMK Coaching, Dave Kashen helps corporate and individual clients unlock their potential and create breakthroughs in their businesses and lives.
As a personal coach with DMK Coaching, Dave Kashen works collaboratively with individuals to discover their purpose, create a clear vision for success, and realize their goals and aspirations. Kashen works one-on-one with clients to make powerful and meaningful changes in their lives and careers, helping them realize a more enriched and fulfilling existence. As an executive coach and agent of transformation with Quantum Leading, Dave Kashen works with senior executives, entrepreneurs, and teams to create breakthroughs and organizational transformation.
Prior to establishing his personal and professional coaching firms, Dave Kashen held top positions with the financial firms SPO Partners & Co. and Goldman, Sachs & Co. Kashen also worked for Nike, serving on a three—member team for strategic business planning.
In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Dave Kashen has demonstrated his commitment to giving through sponsorship and participation with numerous charitable organizations, including The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Habitat for Humanity, and Outward Bound. Dave also serves as a career adviser for students at Stanford's Graduate School of Business.
Outside of his professional and philanthropic efforts, Dave Kashen is an avid triathlete, and enjoys traveling and exploring the world. An active outdoorsman, Kashen enjoys biking, swimming, hiking, rock climbing, skiing, and snowboarding.
