	A finance, legal and economics specialist, Mr. Queen specializes in trading transactions, project finance, contract draftsmanship, legal analysis, and risk quantification. He has advised clients on a wide variety of capital markets transactions, trading strategies and environmental matters including carbon trading, credit enhancement, insurance, project finance, corporate structuring and regulatory issues. During the Clinton Administration, Mr. Queen worked on Capitol Hill for the House Banking and Financial Services Committee. He is a Board Member of the Foundation for the Development of Environmental and Energy Markets.
