Sass is the author of a diet book entitled Cinch. The gist of the diet is the possibility of losing 8 pounds within 5 days. The plan for losing this weight consists of eating 4 meals a day with every meal being a puzzle made with 5 pieces. This is a very interesting way to look at portion control.
She talks about how people are willing to diet if they can get quick results. Achieving quick results is what will keep people motivated and feeling successful as they are following a diet or workout regimen. This is true for most people and honestly for many things in life.
