What is really to blame for the growing diseases and drug use?

Everyday we hear the news shows and politicians talking about improving our healthcare system or making it more affordable to everyone. I am puzzled as to why no one seems to think there are other reasons for the rise in health problems. Today we have more technology than ever before. Our doctors are trained in many specialties that didn't even exist 20 years ago. Our hospital are larger and more plentiful. We have more drugs, braces, and treatments than ever before, yet we are sicker than we have ever been. Why is no one asking the question, WHY? First, we have trained people not to be accountable for their choices in their lifestyles and what they eat. Look around at the people you see everyday at the office, in the park, or at the mall. How many are overweight to obese? How many walk with a limp or bend to one side or the other? Whta is surprising is when you ask then why they are that way, their reply will usually include either their age or heredity. In other words it is not their fault. They then will give you this hopeless look. Of course the drug industry, insurance industry, and medical field wants this feeling of hopelessness to continue because it keeos increasing prifuts caoming in. They are doing their jobs. The government likes these feelings of hopelessness a it keeps the people dependent of the government, which gives them complete control over your food supply and living conditions. The second part of the puzzle is the drug companies and insurance companies donate millions of dollars to med schools each year to fund research projects. This is great as it keeps tuition down for students, but keep in mind, the research and development of treatments will always require the use of their products. I am not blaming them as I would do the same thing in their position, but keep in mind, if they can get you to believe they are the only way, they have control of your healthcare. Bottomline here is, you need to look at other options for your chronic pain. I know, I know, exercise and diet are must do's and you don't have time, but hear me out. As you weight continues to increase your muscles are lifting 2-3 times the weight they were designed to do. If your muscles are weak, this applies to skinny people as well, then the ligaments and tendons around your joint are called upon to lift you up. They are not desigend to dot his. And finally if you put garbage in your body how do you expect to not have disease ravage your body. If the quality of life is gone, who cares that we live longer. That's not fun or is it?
