How Can President Obama Bail Out Middle America?
The Wall Street elite got a dream rescue plan with our tax money. What will Middle America get? Will we have to bail ourselves out?
We’re at $700 billion and counting – handed out to the Wall Street rich club. And our Government is not done using our tax dollars to help the very group of people that created the mess we are in. The final number is expected to far exceed $700 billion. It might as well be a blank check. A blank check without 50 pages of fine print.
Did you know the original proposal to Congress was a mere 3 pages? The Treasury Secretary, Henry Paulson, put together a 3-page document in a request for $700 billion. Mind you, he wanted this money is his piggy bank immediately. Imagine that? To make matters even more financially obscene, near the end of the document, it stated that [paraphrasing] the Secretary will make all the decisions regarding who gets how much money, (when, where, how, etc) and his decisions are not reviewable nor can they be contested. Imagine that too?
Henry Paulson, the ex-CEO of investment bank, Goldman Sachs, who participated in what caused our dire straits, now wants to have carte blanche over the mega-billions that will be used to make his buddies whole so they get to keep their mansions and pools and cars and jewelry and MONEY. Of course there’ was a big rush to get these billions approved by Congress because he figured he would be leaving office January 2009. Gotta have the cash now!! Ahhh, America. Ain’t it great?
This essentially makes Paulson America’s Financial Dictator. Any discussion about the specifics of this can go indefinitely. But let’s speculate about the bailout for average Americans.
Okay, done.
That was quick, wasn't it? That's because there will be no bailout for average America. Not in the sense of the outrageous package rushed down to the rich and greedy on Wall Street. Wall Street was literally and figuratively “bailed out.” They all will live to buy another mansion. We average Americans will be fortunate to get a few crumbs we can eat for a few weeks, and there won’t be any rush to feed us those crumbs. Any help for Main Street will be quite temporary at best, and insulting to say the least. Remember the silly Economic Stimulus check? Those that were unbelievably lucky got a gigantic check for a few hundred dollars. Oh me oh my.
Folks, we live in a land where the rich prosper and the rest are left to find their way. Those that already have too much shall have more. Most of their “more” will come from the pockets of those with less. Take the example below. You no doubt heard about it.
After the 1st bailout disbursement to AIG on September 16th, AIG executives were taking lavish vacations at the St. Regis Resort, yet still got more bailout funds on October 8th, and 31st. The spa bill alone was $23,000. Meals for the 70 AIG executives and employees averaged $244.00 per person per day. That’s $81.00 per meal. A typical American family doesn't spend $244.00 per week feeding the entire family.
As average Americas, we must bail ourselves out. It is possible for Henry Paulson to bail out a few of his rich friends, but there isn’t enough money in the coffers to bail out millions of people.
How do we bail ourselves out? It’s not hard.
(1) Make the decision to stop relying on a “job” for your very survival (2) Realize that trading “hours” for “dollars” is a trap for 95% of working people. When we depend solely on our body and physical ability to earn a living, we are trapped and will never experience financial independence. Those who are financially free do not HAVE to go to a “job” every day. None of Paulson’s friends have a “job.” (3) Use the recession to your advantage. More people want to start a home business when times are tough. (4) Decide now to: “Do Today What Others Won’t So Tomorrow I Can Do and Have The Things That Others Don’t.”
Hundreds of thousands of people have found that the solution is having a home business using network marketing. Why network marketing and not just any business of your own?
