Salt Lake City, UT—July 26, 08 RCC (ResponsibleCyberCitizen.net) is a community service website of civil like-minded citizens building a community, which implements and encourages responsible change for the safety of children and their families online and offline.
db Security Inc. founders, Bill Wardell and David C Ballard, are launching the new community service website on July 31, 2008, called “ResponsibleCyberCitizen.net”. The first goal is to entrust one representative from each state and start building a relationship with them. “It’s hard to say when, but the community will take on a life of its own, and will morph through several phases becoming a site where its members are informed and that information manifests into action”, said Bill Wardell. “However; we envision RCC being a go-to-site; a community where honest Internet users have a voice which can effect change for the safety and education of the New Net-Generation of children”, said David C Ballard.
