Indra Treimanis, General Manager, recently announced the promotion of Claudia McCarter, to the position of Assistant General Manager of the Grand Plaza Hotel Resort.
Claudia has been with the hotels for two years, most recently in the position of Sales and Catering Manager overseeing and consulting in all corporate and banquet sales operations of Grand Plaza Resort Hotel. We are certain that Claudia will flourish under the daily guidance and expertise of Indra Treimanis.
Since Claudia has held the position of Assistant General Manager of the Grand Plaza Resort Hotel she has overseen the installation of new computer systems in the food and beverage department and she has implemented widespread enhancements to all hotel departments with positive and successful results. Guest satisfaction and quality assurance standards are at an all time historic high.
Claudia has served in several different capacities throughout her years at other hotels and now has a much broader range of responsibilities at Grand Plaza. She has always been a “hands on executive” and with her excellent leadership style there is no doubt that the environment of the hotel will be enriched in all aspects.
