Roxann Vasalakis, Vice President of Operations of all hotels, announced the promotion of Donna Jollimore, to the position of General Manager of the Beachcomber Beach Resort.
Donna has been with the hotels for 10 years, most recently in the position of Liaison Manager overseeing and consulting in all operations of Grand Plaza Resort Hotel and Beachcomber Beach Resort. We are certain that Donna will flourish given her past broad experience in all departments of the hotels.
Since Donna has held the position of General Manager of the Beachcomber Beach Resort she has overseen the installation of new computer systems in the front desk operations, accounting and food and beverage. She has implemented widespread enhancements to all hotel departments with positive and successful results. Guest satisfaction and quality assurance standards are at an all time historic high.
Donna has served in several different capacities throughout her years with the hotels and now has a much broader range of responsibilities. She has always been a “hands on executive” and with her excellent leadership style there is no doubt that the environment of the hotel will be enriched in all aspects.
