Donna Jollimore, General Manager is very pleased to announce the promotion of Miriam Wheeler to the position of Guest Service Manager of the Beachcomber Beach Resort, St. Pete Beach.
Miriam has been with the Grand Plaza Resort Hotel, the sister property of Beachcomber Beach Resort, for 2 years, most recently in the position of Guest Services Manager at Grand Plaza. Miriam demonstrated excellent customer service and administrative skills and we are certain that Miriam will flourish given her past broad experience at the Grand Plaza.
Since Miriam has held the position of Guest Services Manager of the Beachcomber Beach Resort she has overseen the installation of new computer systems in the front desk operations. She has implemented widespread enhancements to the front desk operations with positive and successful results. Guest satisfaction and quality assurance standards are at an all time historic high.
With Miriam’s excellent leadership style there is no doubt that the environment of the hotel will be enriched in all aspects.
