WILLIAMSBURG, VA: Knowing full well that introverts aren’t typically joiners, Patricia Weber of Williamsburg has launched the Sales Results Group for introverts, shy and reluctant who sell. “Because this is focused on being an expert in sales by purposefully creating results as an introvert, I believe it is appealing to introverts,” says Weber.
The Sales Results Group is designed to be like a library, a safe place to explore and learn. It is for people who want an environment that gives additional skills information needed to more quickly get sales results. This includes Salespeople, Independent Professionals and Small Business Owners who know the basics of how to sell but want more in-depth practical and reliable knowledge about how to get more results being just who they are.
Each group will be just seven people. Since introverts don’t usually find value in group work, the results of the experience will come from the required individual fieldwork and reporting to the coach. “I think any librarian would agree that the most important part of the library isn’t the materials contained within but how they are used,” is Weber’s belief.
This two time award winner of Peninsula Women’s Networker of the Year, only the second member in its 28 years to receive this award twice, says, “Part of the privilege of having this recognition is to help more people who also find it hard to network as one means to selling, to be more rewarded for their efforts.”
