PRESS: Retired Northampton Dentist Hands Practice over to EMA Dental

The doctors of EMA Dental have been asked to resume operations of the long-standing practice of Massachusetts dentist Dr. Bill Parisien after his retirement.

NORTHAMPTON, MA — Northampton, MA dentist Dr. Vincent Mariano and his partner Dr. Lisa Emirzian have acquired the practice of long-time Northampton practitioner Dr. Bill Parisien after his retirement. Dr. Parisien’s practice will now be known as the Gothic Street branch of EMA Dental in Northampton.
Drs. Mariano and Emirzian, Northampton dentists, have had a long-standing professional relationship with Dr. Parisien, who referred many patients to EMA Dental over the years. The doctors have also been friends for a long time prior to Dr. Parisien’s retirement. Upon retiring, Dr. Parisien had selected EMA Dental to inherit the business operations and treatment of his practice.
“The dental community is losing a great asset with Dr. Parisien’s retirement, but we are honored to continue operations of his practice,” said Northampton Prosthodontist Dr. Mariano. “We will do our best to make his patients feel as if he’s never left, and we have already worked with many of the patients as referrals, so that gets us off to a great start.”
With this merger, EMA Dental has acquired Dr. Fernando Perez, a graduate of Harvard’s School of Dental Medicine. He brings 16 years of experience in general and specialized dental care.
“We’re more than happy to welcome Dr. Perez into the EMA Dental family,” said Dr. Emirzian, a Northampton Esthetic dentist. “He brings a lot of experience to the table and he’s great with patients. He’ll fit right in.”
Although working mainly out of the Center Street, Northampton and East Longmeadow locations, Dr. Mariano, a Board Certified Prosthodontist will provide consultation services at the new Gothic Street location.
